Glutamine is one of 20 naturally occurring amino acids found in protein foods. It’s also the most abundant amino acid in the bloodstream. It makes up 30 percent to 35 percent of the amino acid nitrogen in your blood.

Recommended Usage: Add 1 scoop (5g) to 250ml water or any beverage 30 minutes prior to exercise. One serving after your workout and one serving before bed. Do not exceed 15g per day.
