What is Yohimbine HCL?
Yohimbine HCL is extracted from the bark of the African tree Pausinystalia johimbe, as well as from the bark of the unrelated South American tree Aspidosperma quebracho-blanco. Yohimbine is a herbal supplement widely used to treat erectile dysfunction, but is recently used to aid with fat loss, especially that last bit of stubborn ab fat that is usually the last to go.
When to take Yohimbine
Yohimbine is best consumed during fasting, 15-20 minutes prior to cardio, or can also be taken between meals.
Dosages
The recommended maximum dosage of Yohimbine HCL is 0.2mg per kg of body weight, although this is something we recommend working up to, starting with 1 capsule a day.
Half life
Yohimbine HCL has a half life of around 5 hours.
