Epi-drol contains the highly anabolic natural muscle building extract Laxogenin (5-alpha hydroxy laxogenin) and Epicatechin, a bioactive compound classed as a flavonol, which is a plant based phytochemical found in a number of foods in trace amounts.  The foods include green tea and most famously, dark chocolate.
